	Phonebook and Synchronisation

	Don't panic! You don't have to spend hours typing all your contact details into yet another Phonebook. Not only is mobile PhoneTools compatible with Outlook, Outlook Express and Lotus Notes (no need even to import your existing contacts base, mobile PhoneTools reads it and allows you to modify it dynamically), but you can also synchronise with your mobile phone contacts. No more out of date records (isn't it annoying when you've got 2 different numbers for someone and can't remember which is the right one?), no more time wasted typing in the same data several times, and a much quicker way of adding data to your mobile (I'll do anything to avoid using those tiny keys). The synchronise feature is also directly accessible from the right-hand panel of the interface. mobile PhoneTools offers a handy way of organising your contacts: You can create as many separate phonebooks as you like, thus keeping for example your personal and professional contacts separate, and within those phonebooks you can create as many different contact groups as you feel necessary. Being an expat, I personally like to split my personal contacts into family, English friends, French friends, etc. mobile PhoneTools' Phonebook lets you store very complete information about each contact: Personal details, business contact information, home contact information, contact notes and more. You can even add a photo to each record; a good idea if, like me, you find it hard to put names to faces, or if you simply like to have a look at your loved one when you give them a call.
